Corporate Giveaways offers a place where you as the business owner, department leader, marketing specialist or purchase manager can select from a large assortment of high-quality presents for your employees, business partners and customers.

Can i see what my product will look like with a customized logo?

Yes, please fill out the form in the customization menu. After the successful upload of your logo or slogan and a selection of the products you’re interested in, we’ll get to work and prepare the mock-up images. We’ll send you those per email together with an offer indicating all relevant information.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping cost appears in the cart area.

Estimate Time of Arrival of Leather products?

Each piece is handcrafted and shipped from our workshop in Slovenia, Europe. It takes 2-5 days to be crafted and 2-3 days to be shipped worldwide.

Duties

Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or taxes at the receiver's expense. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance. If the customer refuses a shipment, they are responsible for the original shipping fees, import fees and the cost of returning the package.

Can I exchange/return my item(s) in store?

We thrive to craft outstanding products, that's why we offer a lifetime warranty on them. Non the less, if you are not satisfied, please make the return within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund. If the product is costumed, no refund is possible.

Can I exchange an item by mail?

Yes, please contact us with your order number and we will send you instructions on how to return the product.

Faulty order?

Handmade, made to order, pieces sporadically have faults; don't worry! We have free returns on faulty orders.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged. Please visit our returns page for more information on initiating a return.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, all of our products can be beautifully gift-wrapped upon request. We use premium packaging that reflects the high quality of our items, making them perfect for special occasions.
